Good baserunning doesn�t have much to do with speed. It�s more about how focused you are on the game and how good your judgment is. You want to advance as many bases as you can and not take risks that don�t have a lot of upside to them. You should know things like how good of arm the catcher and outfielders have, what the pitch count is and etc.
